Effective control over the 4M change points on site ensures that our products remain undeformed and unchanged in color. Each product passes through the inspection fixtures easily without any obstruction, guaranteeing efficient assembly for our users.

Durability
Zhonghui's spot welding components undergo rigorous tensile and pressure testing for initial, patrol, and final inspections. The fiber adhesion rate of the component welding points is analyzed by curve analysis, and the product's over welding and virtual welding conditions are checked to ensure product performance (temperature rise<60K, segmentation capacity 10KA).
