Magnetic Trip Unit for MCB(DPN) Miniature Circuit Breaker (3052111)
When a short circuit occurs in the (MCB) circuit (such as the phase line and the phase line, or the phase line and the neutral line are directly connected), the (MCB) will instantly generate a short-circuit current far greater than the normal operating current (usually tens to hundreds of times the rated current). The core of the magnetic release is an electromagnet (composed of a coil and an iron core): When the (MCB) short-circuit current passes through the coil, it will generate a strong electromagnetic force, attracting the iron core to move, and then push the mechanical mechanism of the circuit breaker, so that the moving and static contacts are quickly separated, and the circuit is cut off in a very short time (usually milliseconds), avoiding the continuous action of the short-circuit current, which will cause the line to overheat, the equipment to burn, and even cause a fire.
